- All rates subject to change without notice.
- Bungalow and pet rates are plus tax 11.5%.
- Pet guest rate $9 daily or $100 monthly Pets must be adorable non barkers and subject to approval. Management reserves the right to remove any person or pet who is disturbing another guest with forfeiture of all payments.
- A 50% Deposit is needed to make a reservation balance due upon arrival, we accept credit cards or cash.
- Cancellation – Must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival date for refund. If you cancel less than 30 days we will do our best to re rent the bungalow and return your deposit. $25 cancellation fee.
- There is a 2 night minimun.
- No wireless internet or laundry fee.
- No housekeeping cleaning fee because there is no daily maid service.
- Please note bungalows are air conditioned not heated.
